Construction Manager
This position requires an individual who has a strong working knowledge of new home construction technology, methods, and building materials, and t is essential to have knowledge of Residential Building Codes (latest versions). This individual must also possess the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship, and interact effectively with homebuyers, contractors, building material suppliers/representatives, other employees, realtors, lenders and other housing-related professionals, representatives of governmental funding agencies, and elected and appointed governmental officials.
