For the first time in 10 years, Tennessee Housing Development Agency has awarded a $750,000 HOME grant to Campbell County for rehabilitation of low-income single-family homes in Campbell County, Tennessee. The purpose of the HOME program is to promote the production, preservation, and rehabilitation of affordable single-family housing for low-income households.
